Workmanship
We at Artmagnetic are very proud of our products and workmanship.  If there is a failure or defect in the workmanship of any of our artwork, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to the customer for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Damage
We are under no liability in respect of any defects arising from willful or accidental damage, fair wear and tear, improper use, negligence, abnormal conditions of use, misuse or alteration or repair of the product without our approval. If a piece is accidentally or otherwise damaged, it can be returned to us for repair at the expense of the customer. 

If a piece is damaged during shipment, please email us immediately and we will do everything we can to repair or replace the piece as soon as possible.   

Custom Work
We are happy to work with you on any custom designs you may have in mind.  Custom designed artwork is not returnable, and requires a 50% deposit prior to our initiating production. 

Shipping
All pieces will be carefully packaged, and shipped fully insured via UPS. 

Ordering
Once an order has been placed, we will e-mail you with an expected ship date. Because each piece is different, production and shipping times will vary.  If you would like to know how long it will take to deliver a piece, or if you are working against a deadline, please email us and we will provide our best delivery estimate prior to you placing the order.

Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.  All returns require a RMA number be obtained via email from ArtMagnetic prior to shipping the piece back.  Any piece returned with out a RMA number will be refused.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.  The customer will be responsible for any piece returned damaged.  This could result in a repair or replacement charge.  Return credit will take 2 to 4 weeks to process.
